Why do my emails from Verizon.net keep reappear as UNREAD on my phone aftet logging into my emil on my desktop/laptop??
Verizon email uses POP. Pop does not recognize when another device reads an email.
Note that AOL email, which some people have been switched to supports Imap. Imap does recognize when an email was read on another device. I believe the Yahoo interface also does this, gut have never used it myself.
