Vehicle Reads Email Coding

I have a problem, can't find the solution on the internet, so I'm asking here.

My car can read me my emails if I so desire.  Sometimes I want to "hear" them when driving.

Instead of just reading me the text, the car reads all the coding before an after the actual email.

See video in link below to see what I'm talking about.

Does anyone know a fix for this?  I don't know anything about encrypted email, coding, html, MTV, ASAP or whatever is making the car read all the stuff I don't want it to.

1) The car manufacturer has to be willing to solve this .

2) It can be done ...I just did it by highlighting just the message part of an email ( on my iPad 2 iOS 9.3)

     and having it speak to me.

3) In the meantime have your Secretary read you the Email from the office.
