Verizon Accounts Can't Receive my Comcast Emails

I have been having trouble for nearly 3 months with verizon.net customers being unable to receive my emails from my comcast.net account.  I am not a spammer.  I am a stay-at-home mom involved with several volunteer groups and I need the ability to communicate with verizon customers.
