The Verizon Email platform experienced a minor outage early this morning. The outage affected a very small number of Verizon Classic Webmail users for a little over an hour. The customers affected would have been redirected to the Verizon Portal or seen an error message when trying to access their emails from the myverizon.com Verizon portal.
Verizon apologizes for the inconvenience and has taken measures to prevent its recurrence.
