Verizon Email does not put newly received Email into my inbox. It places all Email in the trash folder automatically, how do I change that

From the VZ web interface - settings- email settings - filters (do you have anythhing setup?

Also just to test try turning off the spam detector and get someone to send and email

Also turn off any blocking settings

IF none of this  help let us know what brower you are using, & If you have YAhoo/ Verizon or Standard Verizon
