I'm trying to switch to the Verizon Message Center so I can update my server settings and get my e-mail to work again. The verizon.com/email assist shows a video but there's no way to get to the next step. Any advice?

https://mail.verizon.com/webmail/driver?nimlet=showmessages&view=emails If you go here and login you should see your email, there are not settings I am aware of to use webmail.
If you are using third party application:
