My daughter is unable to sign into her verizon.net email account via webmail. It appears that her email account has been deleted. I want to know if it's possible to reactivate the account.
A little background: When we got Fios, I set up each member of the family with a verizon.net (through yahoo) email address. For the kids, those accounts are rarely used, but still needed.
But now when we go to verizon.yahoo.com and try to sign into email, it doesn't recongize her user id/email address. Clicking further says the name doesn't match any in the database.
I am assuming it was cancelled due to inactivity. Is there any way to get it back, now that she needs to use it more?
Log in to Verizon.com with main user. Under profile go to manage sub accounts. Make sure the sub account shows. If not try to add it. If you can't add it you will need to call tech support.
