Verizon blocks outbound spam complaints

Verizon's outbound spam filters are blocking my attempts to inform other ISP's about incoming spam to my non-verizon mailbox. Since it's an email only service, I have to send my outbound complaints through Verizon. I've tried sending a copy of the complaint message to spamdetector.update@verizon.net but it doesn't help. I've tried forwarding the spam as an attachment. That doesn't work either. The only way that I could inform someone whose contact list had been hacked was to send them a .jpg of a screenshot of the email. This probably wouldn't work informing ISPs. Any suggestions?

Never mind folks. I figured it out. I'll use my email provider's webmail server instead of Verizon's SMTP server. I'm still cranky about it, though.
