It is, or at least was, a little tricky. Involves at least one edit in advanced settings of a line that they are unclear about. Currently don't use except on my Windows Insider preview, and currently the email version there is broken, so a can't check details. The pop server and smtp server have line entries are colon delimited and have the port numbers specified there and a 0 for no ssl and 1 for ssl.
