TonyaD_Vz:  There is no message in my private messages here.  I think you were replying to someone else on this thread?

In any case, as you are with Vz, do you mind letting us know what is going on?  And I want to emphasize these outages were solely verizon.net email - DSL and general internet access stayed up.  Verizon's email servers have fallen apart four times in two and a half weeks for me alone, with no explanation.
