I am about to cancel my Verizon account and go with another ISP. I've been told that I can preserve my verizon.net address (for a fee). I spent 2 hours being bounced from person to person looking for help and was finally told that I could only do this online. I've spent the last hour looking for the magic link that would take me to that place where I can do this, but so far, no good.
Can someone help? I know they don't like for anyone to cancel their service, but this is not a way to get any positive press out of the situation. thank you,
