I have a Verizon Yahoo account, and must suspend my FIOS service. I was told to go to Verizon Your Domain in order to register my verizon.net domain name; however, it tells me that this option is not available to Verizon Yahoo users. Any help? Has anyone else experienced this?
Is that the message when you try to purchase the Verizon your domain through the website?
If that is the case, then you may want to Stop using Yahoo for verizon, and then do the purchase of Verizon your domain after. make sure to follow the instructions so you save your emails and contacts
