I have been having a problem for over 2 months, I do not receive daily email's from Petco. I used to be able to receive them and for over 2 months now they are not coming thru to my email.
There are other emails also that I do not receive. Alot of emails I signed up for regarding, sales specials, coupons, etc. are not coming thru, they aren't even under Spam as I check daily.
What is the problem? Also it takes so long to receive the daily emails, they do not come thru when they are sent for sometimes hours and hours later.
I'm at a loss for what the problem could be. It obviously is an ongoing problem.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you.

Particularly look at Spam filter. If active is it set to delete or to put into a folder. Strongly suggest having it put into a folder because there are false positives.
Are the emails you are expecting coming from a particular other ISP. That ISP may be blocking them, or Verizon may be mistakenly blocking them. That ISP or party may need to reqest that they be whitelisted.

Tiara, Settings-General settingss- email settings- blocking- safe senders- press the down arrow to the far right and try adding the petco email address then test.
NOTE: you should not have to do this but it may help narrow down the issue
Also - Convversations - Message Center store- are you near the limit ? (my limit is 2048 MB)

I am having the same problem. Spam filter is turned off, but e-mails from certain senders magically *NEVER* appear. Wow! Who is running the verizon e-mail servers? This is terrible. In the case of one of the senders, it's for a verification of a new account, so I wouldn't know exactly what address to add to the safe senders list (since I never receive the initial e-mail).

Unfortunately, it still is hit or miss.
I have some of the ones I do not get, sent to another email address as a backup; as they are important to me.
I feel Verizon Email Service Web Mail; has really gone downhill, regarding keep me signed in still does not work as they say it does; and also with the unreliable receival of emails that I am subscribed to. I even sent some to the White Pages.
It appears that Verizon is not concerned with offering it customers an unreliable email program, and is forcing us to use other email programs, Yahoo, etc.

Remember an email can be stopped at the sender's ISP as well. And if pepople are using big mailing lists that can also cause emails to be deleted, ofthen with no indication.
