when I open my email from my verizon account, the web page does not display correctly. All of the pics are missing. What do I need to do to fix this? I am on my work laptop and it does the same thing on my home computer.

Another example of how Verizon's web sites are behind the times. IE11 was out in beta at least six months ago, but Verizon will take six months more to make their sites compatible with it based on how long it took them to "support" IE10.

IF you are using IE 9, turn off compatibility mode - settings- email settings - options - images in HTML...- IS how all images checked?
If you are using a differnet browser please let us know.
Does the picture issue only happen on VZ webmail site? Also can you post of an example of what you are seeing?
IE 8 is known to sometimes show a red X instead of pictures ...
Are both computers running the same verison of Windows?

still no look with email displaying correctly. IE 8 is the internet explorer
