Verizon website makes it difficult to find what you are looking for. Want to contact verizon and keeps asking me for my zip code and taking me back to the same spot with no way to e-mail verizon. Sometimes when I sign in to get e-mail it tells me it is not a supported method or it just sits there and does nothing.
Go to the bottom of any page and hit on "contact us" and you can E mail Verizon. You will get an automated response and then an E mail in about a day. On the Email forum, it is reported that the E mail program does not work with Chrome and they are working to fix it.
This is happening with IE in WIndows 7 as well. Trying to get to support from My Verizon results in this lovely message:
