I am reduced to using a blog to report that the Webmail does not work. . . .again! After 12 sign-ons and going to the webmail, as soon as i check on "view all e-mail," I get the message that the system is signing off. I do notice that when you first sign in, it is on Webmail 3.0 but , once I get to the e-mail selection, it is on Webmail 2.0. I'd love to talk to support but that can't happen given the way this system is set up. Hopefully, someone who gives a darn will check out the blogs to see what new derogatory information is posted on the substandard product. Whoever ditched the old system for this new "MyVerizon" must be a stone and chisel type.
