It's really bad that you don't make it easy for customers to report trouble. How can I report my trouble when all I get is 404 errors when I'm trying to report a problem with SSL access to webmail? I clicked on about 50 times, so hopefully someone reads your service logs and gets the idea.
That's problem #1. My original problem is below:
You've managed to break https/SSL logins to MyVerizon webmail - at least on some of your web servers. If you are rolling out a new version, PLEASE STOP AND FIGURE THIS OUT. I managed to get it one time when I logged in - probably an older server -- or maybe it is your new fixed server. If it is the latter case, then PLEASE ROLL-OUT THE SOLUTION QUICKER!

Don't expect any help from verizon. I have been having a problem with accessing my voice mail on the web since November 2011! That's correct, over a year. Countless wasted hours on the phone with tech help, they say it's fixed, works for a few days then stops. Recently it had been working for approx a month, then verizon upgraded their website and it no longer works. Clicking on "help", brings up an ad to "upgrade my service". Reporting a problem, brings up an error message. For a telecommunications, verizon is the worst for customer support and providing the services that they advertise as being the best. SELF PRAISE IS NO RECOMMENDATION!!!!
If I had an option, I would switch to a different carrier; but I don't have that option.

By phone of course.
I for one called them. They became very aware that something was broken at least in some areas. Some areas of the country were not having any problems. It "should" be fixed now.

at the bottom right of every verizon page is a + and a - sign with the word suggestions. Do you see and can you click on it? it lets you report problems with the webpage if needed.

cyberman,
Since we haven't heard back from you or have received a form submission as requested in your private support case, it appears assistance is no longer required. If you need any future help with your Verizon service, please make a post here on the forums so we can assist.
