Seems to be a common problem, but I have another case of getting emails from some random person's accout. Bit of a problem that we're all seemingly getting someone else's personal information.
I'm international, so can't exactly give you a call either. Seems to be that the best approach is to post here and hope a rep contacts me so that my email can be unlinked.
