I am unable to reset my yahoo password. the alternate email address i had listed has changed domains. when i go to yahoo for help they point me to Verizon for help and verizon points me back to yahoo. I am stuck in a loop. Please help! How will i see this response if it goes to my verizon.net email i cant get into it?
