I was using the email from AOL that verizon had mirgrated people to. About 2 weeks ago I could no longer get into my account. AOL says I am not the authorized user but clearly I am and have had the same acct for years. They had me call Verizon to see if I migrated over. Since I had a final bill from them they were unable to help. AOL can't help either. It is very upsetting since I have important stuff go there. Can anyone give me some assistance in what can be the next step.
