We got all our entries set up to the new ports etc and our Outlook 2003 tests for the accounts is OK, but the very first email we send each day takes for ever to go through.

I have done the TESTING account setting and everything is fine, we were able to set up with out Yahoo and use the 995 and 465 setting.

However for whatever reason the first email we send out of Outlook 2003 everyday takes for ever. Then once the first one send the rest go right through with no problem.

I have tried sending a very small email with no attachments, it doesn't matter it also hangs there for the longest time before it completes its' sending. Then after that first one everything is OK for the rest of the day.
