For the past few days, I have not been able to login to verizon.com; I get a message stating "Not Supported Method" I have been using Google Chrome browser for almost a year and now it appears verizon.com is not supporting it. Funny, though, I could login using the verizon.com ID/PW to post in this forum using Chrome. I just can't access any of my account information (personal, billing, plans, email, etc.)
I followed the advice to clear the cache and/or use a different browser. I can login using Firefox with no problems.
Did verizon.com stop supporting Chrome?
Please advise.
