Some of my contacts can not be called up by clicking on them. Some can be, as normal. What is wrong and how do I fix?

Are you using this link or a similar one to call up contacts? https://mail.verizon.com/webmail/driver?nimlet=showmessages&view=emails#abs_All_Contacts
/if it is only a few contacts I would just delete and enter them again.
Do you see an error when you try to use the "bad" contacts?
