I have a message in my inbox, from a known customer, that will not delete, move or accept any action. The body of the message has disappeared. When trying to delete , the box says may have already been moved or deleted. Verizon
tech, out of country, have tried and failed. Different browsers, client, or windows xp or win 7...makes no difference.
Message is corrupt and will need to be flushed by a tech that can access e-mail server.
Verizon cannot or has not routed me to such person.

From the Web interface have you tried to create a new folder; then use the move to dialog to move the email? If that works maybe you can just delete the entire folder.
Also if you look at message center store are you anywhere near the 2048 MB limit?

Thank you for the suggestion, however I have tried that. I cannot move or cause any action with that one message.
Aso I am not close to a message limit.
I need someone with proper acciess to e-mail server to manually flush the corrupt header out. So far I have been
unable to find such a person. Service is most dissapointing. I've spent over $500 in lost company time and a
considerable amount of personal time to no avail.
