I just wanted to express a well deserved thank you to Jose {edited for privacy}. Jose was enormously patient in taking me through, step by step, sometimes several times over, to get access to my emails. There are fixes needed elsewhere, but he made it for me to catch up with messages that I could not otherwise see. Thank you again for outstanding service!
