the mail i've put into a folder is not accessable. some of the solutions posted are not the solution. does anyone have another fix for this problem. hmmm, this verizon emailer is full of problems.

This is route I use for sign in
https://mail.verizon.com/webmail
Once I sign in to my Email
NO problem with any of my Folders.
Just Added a new Folder and transferred an email into it from another folder.

What are you seeing? Just saying the mail is "not accessable" is not very clear. Can you see the folders? Do they show that they have mail in them? Are you getting some kind of error?

Change the zoom level to 100. It will allow the folders to show up, of the course the print is small. But I change the zoom level back to 125 when I am finished reviewing My Folders. The ZOOM is at the lower right of your screen. Choose 100 and wait a sec and it will change. Good Luck.
