Most emails from Verizon download fine, but some get stuck at Verizon and will not download to my Outlook account. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org from Bealls Department Stores will not download, although it formerly did. Calling Verizon customer support did not solve the problem. Can anyone help?
I see it in Webmail, but it will not download to my Outlook account. I have checked for blocked email addresses and other obvious issues internal to Verizon, but cannot determine the problem. I noticed on the forum that several other people are having similar problems with emails that come from Kohl's and other department stores. Apparently, this is not a new complaint to Verizon. What are they doing about it?
