When I have a string of email replies or forwards, the text for my emails becomes tiny but not those of others. The original email will have been sent in a normal font size but once it becomes a reply, it shows as a tiny, unreadable font and all further emails by me in that chain are the same.
If you are using verizon web mail check Settings - Display - Default Font, Is it set to Arial and 12px ?
