When I am online and want to check my email I click on EMAIl which directs me to my user name which I enter correctly then the page opens to my password next which is entered correctly and then...it should open my email and sometimes it does however the page often comes up w my password in the user name and asking for my password instead of opening to my email.

Hi ruskm,

Try deleting your cookies, internet cache and resetting your web browser. Sometimes, this can just simply be an authentication error between the website and your web browser.
