I have been trying to get into my verizon email which i understand is gone ,, but my email was thru yahoo pop and smpt. my address was {edited for privacy} which was thru the yahoo servers. i have tried to get in thru the yahoo mail site but it eventually sends me back to verizon web page . please help. all i want is my address back as there are some things i can't get any other way. ( by the way i never received a notice that the verizon .net was shutting down as i couldn't get into the smpt pop server since last november.
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
