emails

Hello,

i need assistance from anyone who has ever had an issue deleting emails.

when i select emails to delete my entire screen locks up.

i have to backspace to go back out and re enter my emails. When i try it again the screen locks up.....thus im unble to clear emails and they continue to mount in numbers.

please help
