I keep getting warning messages that my mailbox is full when I have nothing in spam and deleted folders and have only 450 messages in my mailbox. I do have 2 computers that we access MSN Outlook on and have an Ipad which I only use while traveling. Why is this happening? How can I prevent emails from loading via webmail so they only load on my computers and not other devices?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I wasn't able to follow the path used by "Pro." When I located similar folders and did as suggested, my ability to access Outlook crashed.
