I continue to get emails from Verizon stating that my mailbox is almost full. I have the primary email account, and one sub account. I can scrub and delete emails from the primary account, but cannot determine how to delete them from the sub account.

How do you log into the sub accounts? The Fios website continues to send links to the "manage subaccounts" link--once THERE, all I can do is delete an existing account or open a new one! Not log-on!! I have been through this process about 6 times now and getting no new links. Any help????
Can you get to your Subaccount user id ? or do you already know it ?
When you sign in to My Verizon use it rather than your main acct id
