I changed my password and verizon is calling everyday. The recorded message say "if you made this change do nothing..." The message should say do nothing but we will continue to call you day after day to tell you this. I called verizon and told to change notification number, which I did to find my home number not listed. But then the sute is so confusing who knows. What an idiot programmer.

If I can have you log in to your account via www.verizon.com, and proceed to the profile; on the menu to the left navigate to "accounts", and click on "manage". Are there any fields here that require verification?
