my old emails seem to drop out after about 2 weeks.
how can i change settings to allow me ot see old emails that i did not delete yet.

Check Settings - Email Settings - Filters .... do you have any acitive filters?
Are you using any CLIENT email on your PC, Smartphone, etc. They often have an option to delete all mail older then some period.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
