What who was saying?
the outgoing server is smtp.verizon.net. You need to use port 465 and SSL.
And so why when you do all this it disables the smtp service on my verizon fios and doesnt accept the aol account. One can sign on via the web but can't pop or imap.........
You need to be asking about service:
fios or other
Platform
Mac or PC
This entire migration is being handled very poorly......who cares they just get rid of all this cloud storage and send it to google
