outlook 2010 email setup

Hello I just got a new laptop with windows 8 and I'm trying to setup my yahoo.Verizon.net account using Outlook 2010 and I try all the different ways yet it keep popping up for my password which is correct because I login into the website from a different pc and I have no problem.my t mobile phone galaxy s4 has no problem accepting the setup. So I know it's outlook on the laptop. I even call Verizon to see if they could help but with the guide I still can't get it to login me in. I get a error but I took a picture but can't post it here. So can anyone help me please. Thank you.
