I cant not remmeber the password for a sub email address I use when I try and reset it brings me to my main email address and  theres not way to change or be given the pssword for that sub account

how do I get the password for a sub account

Try to login on the web (using subaccount not your primary) and follow the forgotten password links.  If you can't get through that procedure you will have to contact them, probably best at 1-800-verizon
