problem loading program

Have not been able to download Outlook software to Verizon.  MicroSoft Support said to contact Verizon.  Anyone else have this problem?

What do you mean download Outlook to Verizon?

Do you mean use Outlook to access your email?

We use Outlook for email  with Verizon as our provider.  Our old computer crashed.  We purchased Outlook software which according to MicroSoft Support had to go through the Verizon Incoming and Outgoing settings.  They were unable to load it.
