Why do I keep getting "not able to perform your request. please try again." or something like it, whenever I try to delete a message or select a move up/down button? And once the message appears a first time, i.e., not deleting a message, it will not delete any messages until I go back to the list window and select there. And even there I sometimes get the same message. I expect smoother operation from Verizon. I even dislike the email page layout. But that's another issue. Anyone know why the "not able to perform your request, please try again" problems are occurring?

I think they can't perform your request because they have produced a very sub standard Email interface!
The number of complaints I see on this forum points to that conclusion.
