"Switch to newest verizon yahoo mail" message in Verizon Yahoo Mail

I cannot "switch to newest verizon yahoo mail" in Internet Explorer 11 since Win10 Update, ver. 1607 (anniv edition).  Old Yahoo Mail view is hard to work with.

I see comments about changing compatablity view settings but that doesn't seem to work.

Is there a "best" way to view Verizon Yahoo Mail with Win10 (anniv edition)?

You switched  use Microsoft compatibility list off didn't you?  Check all you IE 11 settings.  Installing the anniversary release tends to toss your IE settings.

I had already unchecked both boxes under "Compatability View" but it didn't make a difference.

Someone had mentioned F12 settings but I can't find feature they mentioned.

For some reason my e-mail view is back to NEWEST verizon yahoo mail.

WIN10 Home ver.1607, build 14393.222, Internet Explorer 11 ver. 11035

Maybe the latest updates fixed issues?

The settings I checked were Tools, F12 Dev. Tools, Doc. Mode set to 11 (IE11)

Tools, Comp View Settings, unchecked all boxes

I haven't been having the YAHOO logon issues users are reporting. Password for Verizon and Yahoo Mail were changed the other day.
