Is there anyway that I can retrieve an old message (email) from 2 months ago that I accidentally deleted??? HELP!

If it is in the trash folder:   you should be able to move it to another folder.

If if isn't in the trash folder:  No.

Contact the National Security Agency, they might have a backup copy of your e-mails. Smiley Wink

But if they won't help (and now seriously), I'm afraid that there's no way to retrieve an e-mail deleted from Verizon's servers, sorry.

The only other way I can see to get a copy of that old message would be to get in touch with the person(s) to whom you sent the e-mail (or who sent it to you) and see if they still have it. Then they could forward it to you.
