save emails to server

Can someone please tell me how to save emails to the server?

I think you need to provide more information.

Are you using an email program ( Outlook or Outlook Express, Windows Mail ) on your computer?

If so the there's a setting in your account to leave a copy on the server with an option for how long as in delete after xxx days.

I use verizon central and also have window mail.  When I set up window mail everthing that was on verizon central went to windows mail and windows central has no mail.

So you need to go into your account settings in Windows Mail and set it to leave a copy of the message on the server.

I don't have Windows mail running here or I'd give you the exact location, but I can guess that it's on an Advanced tab in the account settings.

Would that be under tools, options, even there I do not see it

I have no idea. You should ask whoever set up your windows mail account.
