how do you put verizon email icon on desktop? Difficult to access email.
Assuming you have migrated to AOL VERIZON EMAIL
and you are using Chrome
sign in to your account starting here
https://mail.aol.com/webmail-std/en-us/suite
Then click and hold the url drag it and drop it where you want it on your screen.

Why don't you try the same procedure using Firefox after you have signed in to a site(url) that you want to put on your desktop...cant hurt to try.
Let us know your experience....in detail.
it was a long URL that didn't lend itself to be dragged.
