Today as I attempted to sign into email I got a message saying that my information could be viewed by a third party even though I was on a secure sign in. Asked if I wanted to continue. This happens everytime I try to access my email. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you going directly to My Verizon and do you have the check box on to save the password? https://www22.verizon.com/foryourhome/myaccount/ngen/pr/home/myverizon.aspx  It would help to know what browser and OS you are using but with IE9 & Win 7 I do not see this issue. BUT I rarely use the verizon web interface, I find the free version of Zoho Mail a bit faster to load, & much more configurable. They offer a free account with up to 1 GB storage plus you get a spare email account.

I have been having this exact same problem which started a few days ago as well.  I don't have any auto-save settings and have made no changes to my browser settings. Ironically this only happens when I access VZ webmail on a computer but not on my IPAD.  Very strange - sure hope we'll get a fix or advise from one of the reps maybe?

I can't access my email either... from any of my computers.  Keeps saying I need to have JavaScript turned on.  Have looked and can't find anyplace to turn it on or off....

jtdeibert  IF you are using IE - INternet options- security- custom level- Scripting - active scripting - either set it to enable  or prompt (try each setting if one does not help)

I start here http://forums.verizon.com/t5/FiOS-Internet/bd-p/FiOS_Internet with the credentials saved, then go to my verizon https://www22.verizon.com/foryourhome/myaccount/ngen/pr/home/myverizon.aspx then click on email. (but sometimes I have to login due to a session timeout)

This is one of many reasons I use Zoho mail free version - I have never had any issues getting my verizon email from their site.

I am having the same problem with the "Javascript must be enabled on your browser" whether I try to login using Safari or Firefox browsers.  I have Javascript enabled on both.  I can access my verizon.net mail via my desktop mail program, but not via the web.

I have been able to switch between my Yahoo! mail account (yahoo.com address) and my verizon.net address via the web interface for the past few years, but since the evening of June 21 I have had problems and wonder if it has to do with the Verizon Yahoo! Mail upgrade?  First I was getting a "terms of service" agreement to accept which I did, then I would get temporary error 15.  Now I don't get those, but am switched to a login screen with my verizon.net email address already entered.  When I enter my verizon password, I get a message that Javascript must be enabled.

I contacted Yahoo! about this and they said that I needed to contact Verizon.  I called Verizon customer support and was transferred to the technical support automatic lines and was only given options to set up dial-up account or repair DSL.

elly46 I think you are on to something, I just installed Firefox under win 7 , went here: https://www22.verizon.com/foryourhome/MyAccount/ngen/upr/nlogin.aspx and was able to login without  any issues. I never had yahoo; only verizon! Is this the link you are using also?

JOSEm411, the problem seems to have been resolved.  As of yesterday, June 28, I can now switch to verizon.net account without any extra logins or error messages.  Must have been the ghost in the machine ....
