My son has been trying to log in to check his email, and each time he does it says his log in is invalid. (invalid email address) He is listed as an active sub-account in my accoubnt, so how could this be?
Make use he is trying to log in with username and not the full email address. If you cant cant get in or reset password online, the you will need to call tech support.
