I suspended my internet service for 3 months due to relocation. I was told by 2 diiferent agents before I put in the order for suspension that I could keep my verizon.net email and receive that email from a different location even though the internet service was temporarily suspended. Today, I received automated calls from verizon stating that my email address was changed and I needed to call them if that was not accurate. What is true?
