syncing devices

i have an iphone, ipad and desktop.  I have verizon email.  I want to snyc all 3 so I don't have to delete 3 times?

Note it depends on where your email is now located.  IF you are on the AOL servers and interface you can now set up as IMAP, which does what you want.  See
