I have had verizon services for several years and recently moved. I called and set up a date to have my service moved. Instead Verizon cancelled it along with my email. It took 3 weeks and hours of phone calls to get my phone and internet service functioning again, however I am still unable to access my email account. Another 45 minutes on the phone with tech support and the problem remains unresolved. Apparently because it was linked to my yahoo account. I have now unlinked the account on yahoo but when I try to login on verizon it takes me to the verizon/yahoo login and states the username and/or password are incorrect - which they are not.. Does anyone have a solution. I am beyond frustrated!
