your post sends us to a website with the POP3 and SMTP details for setting up Outlook, but these DO NOT WORK for Outlook 2013, only for prior versions.  We need help with Outlook 2013, in my case on Windows 7 Professional, in the other guy's case on Windows 8.

The instructions for outlook 2010 are the same for 2013. The screens are almost identical. Go to file and accounts and click on add. Follow the step by step instructions.
